How Our Kajabi To WordPress
Migration Service Works
Rebuilding Your Kajabi Website In WordPress
As Kajabi and WordPress are very different CMS systems, your website will need to be rebuilt in WordPress. This means that your existing design, functionality and user experience have to be recreated using the WordPress CMS.
Content Mapping
Moving all of your content, imagery and assets from Sitecore to WordPress is the most difficult part of the process of any Sitecore to WordPress migration. Your content, imagery and links are all in specific places on your website, and they need to be in the same place on your new WordPress website, or you will damage the integrity of your site structure and suffer damage to traffic and SEO.
Testing & Going Live
Once everything is complete, and your new WordPress website looks and functions like your old Kajabi site, it's time to start testing. It's important to fully test your new site to ensure nothing important is missed, and that everything is where it should be in terms of site structure. After you go live with your new site, don't worry, we can help you with ongoing WordPress support.

Migration Checklist
- Are you migrating from Kajabi to WordPress on a private staging environment? A staging environment is a place where your new WordPress site can be built away from your customers, without damaging your live site until you're ready to go live.
- Check your site structure. Has any pages, posts and any custom post type content been migrated successfully?
- Does the new website look and function the same as your old website?
- Is your new WordPress site fully mobile responsive?
- Check the meta data on all of your key pages and posts by right clicking and then "view source". From here, use ctrl+f to search for your meta title and description.
- Make sure you are using the same domain prefix on the new site, as the existing site. If your URLs have www at the beginning, you should ensure the new site URLs also have this prefix.
- Finally make sure any third party scripts you need for marketing, logistics or tracking have been moved across before going live.
